MISSION
We are recruiting an APA teacher (M/F) on a fixed-term contract from February 20th to April 7th, 2025.
You will work within the SSR department of the establishment with 77 dedicated beds and day hospital places. The department specializes in musculoskeletal care, with a specific authorization for amputee patients, and offers several Day Hospital programs.
The rehabilitation technical platform consists of a physiotherapy room, an occupational therapy room, and a hydrotherapy pool. The multidisciplinary team includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists, APA teachers, psychologists, psychomotor therapists, social workers, and 3 doctors who divide their time between the technical platform and the hospitalization department.
Your main missions:
- You will take care of patients from the establishment (inpatient and Day Hospital) individually or in groups through various daily workshops.
- You will assess the patient's motor skills upon admission,
- You will implement, evaluate, and adjust the rehabilitation program during the patient's stay, respecting the common objectives defined by the medical and paramedical team,
- You will provide personalized information to the patient on the results of their evaluations,
- You will participate in multidisciplinary meetings, especially during the weekly synthesis (Friday morning),
- You will ensure the traceability and follow-up of the care provided
Profile
Your profile:
- Holder of a degree in STAPS with a mention in APA and Health
- Experience required in a healthcare facility
You enjoy working in a team, have good listening and communication skills to establish a trusting relationship with the patient, allowing them to achieve the goals set in their rehabilitation program.
