Context:In a context of accelerating the digital transformation of our activities and a strong business ambition and market share acquisition, we are strengthening our Digital team.
Missions:Reporting to the Digital Content Manager, your missions include:
- Planning and implementing the defined strategy on social networks, content production and animation to strengthen the presence of our brands.
- Managing the Community Management of our social networks and forums to promote engagement and growth of communities on all platforms by producing creative and engaging content.
- Developing User Generated Content to expand the community and increase our coverage.
- Measuring and reporting on performance, audience, reach, monetization, and recommending action plans.
- Detecting opportunities for monetizing our social networks.
Expectations:
- Developing and implementing a social media strategy aligned with company goals.
- Creating, scheduling, and optimizing content on multiple platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Youtube while constantly monitoring trends and platform evolutions.
- Ensuring a steady flow of updated content or news that meets our audience's expectations.
- Selecting the best format for the content to be shared (article sharing, videos, infographics, and other multimedia formats).
- Monitoring, moderating, and responding to subscriber comments and messages to foster an active and engaged community while respecting the tone and stances of our brands.
- Analyzing the performance of published content and adjusting strategies based on analysis and feedback.
- Collaborating closely with editorial, marketing, and other teams to ensure consistent and effective communication.
- Being proactive in developing the brand's presence on social networks.
- Developing a User Generated Content strategy that promotes interaction and transforms subscribers into contributors.
Your Profile:
Our Requirements:
- You are committed, supportive of your colleagues, driven by the performance of your work, your humility allows you to learn and grow every day.
- Holder of a university degree in marketing, communication, journalism or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in community management with proven successes.
- Your writing is flawless, and you have excellent French language skills.
- You are proficient in social media publishing tools.
- You have a synthesis and analytical spirit for evaluating the performance of your publications.
- You communicate easily with all types of profiles whether internal or external to the company, demonstrating teamwork.
- You can adapt to audiences and themes related to our brands.
- Creativity, proactivity, and a passion for social media and digital trends.
- If you have an interest in gardening or DIY, it's a plus.
