Arkema is looking for an IT Solution Expert in Sales and Logistics to join the iTeam department on a permanent basis in La Saulaie (69).
Job Description:
Ensure the service level of Sales and Logistics applications in collaboration with the Domain Solution Leader within the iTeam team.
Lead or contribute to IT projects following iTeam rules and standards while managing budgets and deadlines.
Collaborate with technical (internal/external) and functional (Business Process Owners) stakeholders globally (Europe, Asia, Americas).
Short-term site visits may be required.
Work primarily with SAP ECC6 and Oracle Transportation Management, with a migration to SAP S/4 Hana planned in the future.
Activities:
Maintain operational conditions of applications- Monitor service quality provided by Third Party Maintainer- Develop and implement preventive support action plans- Handle or facilitate incident resolution when necessary- Conduct technological and functional monitoring
Manage corrections and evolutions- Gather and formalize business requirements- Propose solutions within arbitration structures- Estimate workloads for each request in collaboration with relevant teams (development, interfaced systems...)- Develop functional specifications documents- Configure the solution- Conduct tests (unit, integration, non-regression)- Support Business Process Owners during testing stages if necessary- Coordinate production deployment- Transfer knowledge to Third Party Maintainer
Participate in projects of various sizes- Cross-functional projects: Serve as the main contact person for the project within the domain (solution selection, specification, implementation, testing, etc.)- Domain-specific projects: Ensure project coordination, technical expertise, and ongoing monitoring
Profile Requirements
