We are looking for a Logistics Manager (M/F) to ensure the management and optimization of logistics operations, from receiving goods to their shipment, ensuring efficiency, controlled costs, and customer satisfaction.
- Your main missions:
- Ensure overall team management (approximately 8 people, including a team leader)
- Supervise the reception, storage, preparation, and shipment of goods.- Implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce logistics costs.- Ensure rigorous monitoring of stock levels and anticipate supply needs.- Organize and optimize deliveries in collaboration with carriers and suppliers.- Optimize the layout of storage areas and picking.- Manage and train logistics teams to ensure performance and safety.- Conduct annual interviews and track team training needs.- Analyze logistics KPIs and propose continuous improvements.- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.- Negotiate contracts and monitor logistics services.- Ensure optimal delivery times and impeccable service quality.- Monitor BtoC after-sales service.- Ensure logistic processes and their evolution.
Profile sought
· 6/8 years of experience in logistics, with a significant part as a Logistics Manager.
· If you have procurement skills, it's a plus!
· Degree in logistics, supply chain, or equivalent.
· Proficiency in logistics management tools (WMS, ERP, TMS).
· Good knowledge of current regulations (transport, customs), analytical skills to optimize logistics flows.
· Leadership and ability to motivate and manage a team.
· Service orientation, strong reactivity to unexpected events, ability to manage relationships with service providers and suppliers.
· Knowledge of BoostmyShop & Prestashop sites is an advantage, and experience in e-commerce is highly recommended.
Salary and benefits:
- Between 35,000 € and 40,000 € / year (fixed + variable bonuses),
