LOGISTICS REGULATORY AGENT - BUILDING AND SPECTACLES F/M
The Municipal Conservatories of the Arrondissement of Paris, establishments under a regulatory framework, have the mission of providing teaching in music, dance, and drama, leading to autonomous amateur practice. They also have the mission, along with the CRR de Paris, of organizing studies for students in specialized music and drama cycles.
The Erik SATIE conservatory has an administrative team of 10 agents, 94 teachers, and nearly 1150 students. The position of regulator ensures the technical link between the teaching team and the administrative team. This position involves versatile tasks in a team working environment.
What are your missions?
- You set up classrooms, concert halls, the auditorium, in particular the installation of orchestras, choirs, exams, and auditions: handling equipment and instruments, various storage, maintenance of musical furniture.
- You manage the logistics of concerts and other off-site scenic events. You contribute to the implementation of the technical specifications for each event in connection with the teaching staff, the management team, and the guest artists.
- You are the technical point of contact for the establishment, particularly in connection with other municipal services (local architecture section, technical section STEG, Web Sima...).
- You ensure the monitoring and maintenance of the instrumental park, dance costumes, and equipment maintenance, in collaboration with the conservatory teachers, extracurricular workshops.
- You daily monitor the safety of the auditorium, rooms, and technical premises.
- You participate in the physical reception of the public during cultural events.
- You ensure compliance with hygiene and safety instructions, internal regulations and practices, implementation of the Vigipirate plan.
- As needed, you may be required to perform various administrative tasks and assist the reception team.
- You set up the music library (rentals and purchases) and its reference monography.
- You regularly report any dysfunction to the Management and update shared files on the conservatory's common server.
What is expected of you?
You must have a valid driver's license and have technical training or skills (be able to perform basic repairs)
You must demonstrate:

- Good written and oral communication, relational qualities, and ability to work in a team.
- Great versatility and adaptability: the position requires quick adaptation to the work environment and different situations encountered.
You are proficient in computing: internet, intranet, Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), and preferably familiar with web sima.
It is desired that you have obtained electrical accreditations, and have been trained in Gestures and postures as well as Health and Safety at Work. These training courses can be offered as part of your integration process.
What are the particularities of the position?
- Conservatory open from Monday to Saturday.
- Activity: 5 days a week between Monday and Saturday, with hours ranging from 38.50 to 40.20 hours per week depending on the constraints over an annualized working time of 35 hours per week. Mandatory presence on concert evenings that can end by 10:30 pm.
- Mandatory leave during conservatory closure periods (1 week during every 2 break periods - autumn, February, Easter; 2 weeks at Christmas, summer closure between July 13 and August 22 or 26).
- Peak activities in June, September, October, December.
