Night Receptionist (H/F)

We are looking for a Night Receptionist (H/F) for our Tribe Paris La Défense Esplanade hotel in Courbevoie on a full-time permanent contract of 39 hours per week.

Work schedule: 4 working days / 3 days off

Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:45 AM

Your future missions:

• Welcome guests warmly during check-in and ensure they leave wanting to return during check-out.
• Act as a bridge between teams by communicating important information from day to night and vice-versa.
• During the night, the hotel is your domain, where you will be responsible for guests and their needs without a direct supervisor.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Effectively communicate with various departments to ensure smooth customer service.
• Enjoy talking on the phone with guests for reservations, inquiries, or recommendations!

By joining us as a Night Receptionist (H/F), you will be a part of a team of 40 colleagues. Our hotel features 184 rooms, a restaurant called 'Tribe Table,' and a bar named 'Byron Bar' for travelers.
