The group ensures maintenance, troubleshooting, as well as work on sanitary and thermal equipment in private housing. We have over 500 employees spread across 15 agencies mainly in the Grand Est and East of Paris.
Become our future Operations Assistant for our subsidiary COGEMUST.
Based in Gennevilliers (92), you will share the daily life of the service employees.
Your main duties will include:
- Planning and managing a portfolio of technician interventions,
- Managing customer complaints in various areas such as plumbing, heating, electricity, and carpentry while maintaining a relationship of trust with customers and staff,
- Recording and tracking quotes, sending them to landlords and ensuring their processing,
- Responding to emails and calls, participating in operational meetings, updating internal files for activity monitoring, checking technicians' timesheets,
- Assisting in updating billing tracking files and transmitting necessary information to the finance department.
With a degree in Administration and/or Management, you have previous experience in a similar role. You have strong written communication skills, are autonomous, rigorous, and organized. You have a customer service orientation, communication skills, as well as a team-focused approach to work.
