Babaoo (https://babaoo.com) is the designer and publisher of a neuroeducational game that enhances Executive Functions (Attention, Inhibition, Working Memory, Flexibility, Planning) of children aged 7 to 11.
Our mobile application is developed with leading scientists, major research labs, and universities. It has recently been the subject of a scientific impact study on users.
Babaoo offers effective and immediately operational solutions to children, parents, remediation professionals (occupational therapists, speech therapists, orthopedagogues, neuropsychologists...), and teachers.

YOUR ROLE AS RESPONSIBLE GROWTH MARKETING
As Responsible Growth Marketing, you are the conductor of Babaoo's growth strategy. You join us to propose and implement solutions that you have already tested and mastered the execution of (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Influencers, PR...). You have experience in the Francophone area and North America.
Your goal: acquire the first 1,000 paying users of Babaoo.
Directly reporting to the CEO, you lead all growth levers to strengthen brand awareness and increase adoption of our application by our two main targets: remediation professionals (B2B) and parents of neurodiverse children (B2C early adopters).
Your main missions:
1 - Define the growth strategy
- Develop the marketing strategy by setting quantified objectives per acquisition channel and defining key performance indicators.
- Prioritize actions, define the budget, and the implementation schedule.
2 - Drive growth levers
- Acquisition: set up and manage acquisition campaigns on various channels (ASO, SEO, SEA, SMA, PR, email marketing, etc.), in collaboration with Babaoo's team and partners.
- Activation: improve activation rate (conversion to purchase) through product enhancements or marketing offers.
- Retention: develop retention strategies to extend user engagement over time.
- Revenue: participate in defining pricing and its evolution to increase ARR.
- Referral: deploy relevant partnerships to increase Babaoo's visibility. User reviews acquisition. Satisfaction measurement.
3 - Coordinate the team and partners
- Collaborate with the internal team (product, content, etc.) and supervise specialized providers (agencies or freelancers) in ASO, SEO, etc.
- Communication: be the guardian of Babaoo's image through messages distributed via various channels.
4 - Analyze and optimize
- Monitor and improve the performance of actions taken (KPIs, ROI).
- Ensure smooth and documented integration of the tools used (Office 365, Teams, Wordpress, Pipedrive, Mailchimp, Freshdesk, Zapier, Firebase...).
PROFILE SOUGHT
You have already contributed to the commercial development of a mobile application within an early-stage startup, operationally managing the implementation and monitoring of 2 to 3 acquisition channels. You have real experience on different acquisition channels to reach a B2B target, and have fully managed the implementation of an outbound strategy on LinkedIn.
A proactive and execution-oriented individual, you are able to implement your own recommendations and/or train your team.
Agility and ROI are your mantras: you enjoy exploring new solutions, conducting rapid tests, and validating your hypotheses with data.
Ideally, you have an interest in the brain, children's cognitive development, or pedagogy. Above all, you have a sales mindset and enjoy increasing revenue.
Skills and experience:
- Senior or successful experience of at least 3 years in a similar position, ideally for a mobile application, EdTech, or in B2B digital marketing.
- Ability to develop a comprehensive growth strategy and implement it.
- Autonomy in implementing and operationally managing several acquisition channels including LinkedIn.
- Mastery or good knowledge of the mentioned digital tools.
- Agile and ROI-oriented mentality, allowing you to test hypotheses.
- Ability to rally a team and providers around a common project.
