Our ambition: make neuroeducation accessible to all, by combining neuroscience, educational innovation, and video games to positively impact children's learning.

Babaoo (https://babaoo.com) is the designer and publisher of a neuroeducational game that enhances Executive Functions (Attention, Inhibition, Working Memory, Flexibility, Planning) of children aged 7 to 11.

Our mobile application is developed with leading scientists, major research labs, and universities. It has recently been the subject of a scientific impact study on users.

Babaoo offers effective and immediately operational solutions to children, parents, remediation professionals (occupational therapists, speech therapists, orthopedagogues, neuropsychologists...), and teachers.

YOUR ROLE AS RESPONSIBLE GROWTH MARKETING

As Responsible Growth Marketing, you are the conductor of Babaoo's growth strategy. You join us to propose and implement solutions that you have already tested and mastered the execution of (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Influencers, PR...). You have experience in the Francophone area and North America.

Your goal: acquire the first 1,000 paying users of Babaoo.

Directly reporting to the CEO, you lead all growth levers to strengthen brand awareness and increase adoption of our application by our two main targets: remediation professionals (B2B) and parents of neurodiverse children (B2C early adopters).

PROFILE SOUGHT

You have already contributed to the commercial development of a mobile application within an early-stage startup, operationally managing the implementation and monitoring of 2 to 3 acquisition channels. You have real experience on different acquisition channels to reach a B2B target, and have fully managed the implementation of an outbound strategy on LinkedIn.

A proactive and execution-oriented individual, you are able to implement your own recommendations and/or train your team.

Agility and ROI are your mantras: you enjoy exploring new solutions, conducting rapid tests, and validating your hypotheses with data.

Ideally, you have an interest in the brain, children's cognitive development, or pedagogy. Above all, you have a sales mindset and enjoy increasing revenue.
