ScopeThe Supply Chain Manager will support the development of omnichannel sales (e-commerce, Retail, off-price) across the company's entire commercial territory: 75 sales points spread across 4 countries (France, United Kingdom, Belgium, Luxembourg), an international e-commerce site, off-price activities in Europe... through steering and optimizing operations from third-party warehouses (France, UK) to the final customer. These sales points are spread across 7 regions, managed by network directors and multi-site directors, with relatively homogeneous turnover and staff sizes. The sales points market all collections of the brand: men's ready-to-wear, accessories, and shoes. He/She will be responsible for the P&L of the Supply Chain and will rely on support functions for structuring activities to ensure the success of his mission (sales, purchasing, marketing, merchandising, production, finance, etc.). He/She will be integrated into the Operations Department team and report to the Sales and Operations Director (ComEx).

ChallengesThe Supply Chain Manager (m/f) will need to address the following challenges:- Logistics policy design: Develop and implement strategies for managing product and information flows, including warehouse space management (invoice reduction) and point of sale storage capacity estimation (low/peak time).- Flow and stock optimization: Coordinate logistics operations between different sites and with sales teams, optimizing and controlling overall storage capacity according to seasonality.- Transport management: Select appropriate means of transport and negotiate with carriers to optimize delivery costs and efficiency.- Logistic system improvement: Supervise logistic service providers, manage contingencies, and lead optimization projects and process automation.

Description of the position:

Main responsibilities:- Audit & continuous improvement- Track logistics budget with cost optimization actions and detailed reporting, implement performance indicators (service rate, delivery time, transport costs).- Develop operations in different subsidiaries: e-commerce, retail, and wholesale distribution, reverse logistics in customs franchising.- Audit distribution flow and reverse logistics, contract negotiation and optimization.- Develop omnichannel strategy (e.g. OMS, ship from store, last-mile delivery).- Audit and optimize stock inventory processes.- Audit and optimize front and back-office storage spaces.- Improve overall unknown descrease and by market.

Profile required:

The Supply Chain Manager should have approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Omnichannel, or Continuous Improvement functions, developed within leading companies, groups, or organizations in the Fashion, Cosmetics, or Accessories sectors. Knowledge of the Men's RTW market is a plus.
