As a Team Leader - Transport Purchasing - Central Logistics (M/F), you will join a team of about fifteen people spread across two poles.
Missions:
- Manage a team of 4-5 people,
- Manage the planning and transport animation for all regional directions (optimization, supermarket constraints, regional projects...),
- Implement the national transport strategy: change management and projects, ensure carrier meetings and follow up on commercial relationships, collaborate with LIDL International stakeholders / different headquarters departments (CDG / Accounting / Legal, ...),
- Regularly update on economic points with project leaders (gap and anomaly management, optimization of economic results...),
- Support RDL in regions on Transport Purchasing topics, also act as the technical reference on related projects (Quintiq / Telematics / connected locks...),
- Regularly monitor the team: HR elements monitoring, conduct annual interviews, conduct briefings / weekly meetings, recruitment.

- Have a degree from a Bac+5 type Business School or University,
- Have significant professional experience in the transport/logistics sector,
- Have a minimum 2-year managerial experience,
- Speak English fluently,
