We are looking for you as a Bank Automation Service Technician for our expert team in the Greater Frankfurt Area / Hesse

What should you bring with you?

• Completed technical vocational training e.g. in disciplines such as

Electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, etc.

• Ideally practical experience with service of self-service systems in hardware and software

• English language skills

• Strong communication skills, confident presence, customer-oriented thinking, high level of personal responsibility, temporary willingness to travel

What are your tasks?

• Technical repair and maintenance of the bank ATMs of the KEBA Group and the corresponding transfer systems

• Dispatch-controlled initial and escalation operations supported by a modern mobile app

• Commissioning of bank ATMs at our customers in collaboration with logistics partners

• Training of bank ATM operators/logistics company staff/value transport entrepreneurs (VTE)

• Collaboration with additionally commissioned service partners

• Contribution to improving device quality by reporting problems and recurring device errors in detail
