YOUR TASKS
Processing of customs clearance for import shipments via the ATLAS system
Creation and management of export documents
Disposition of courier shipments and coordination of various transport modes such as air and sea freight
Preparation and monitoring of supplier declarations
Master data maintenance including all relevant customs information
Correspondence and coordination with external partners
YOUR QUALIFICATION
Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship e.g. as a merchant (m/f/d) wholesale and foreign trade, industrial clerk (m/f/d), forwarding agent (m/f/d), or alternatively a business administration degree, ideally with a focus on shipping / export / customs
Relevant professional experience in the field of customs and export processing
Proficient in English both written and spoken
High affinity for numbers and experience with MS Excel and ATLAS
Independent and autonomous way of working
Teamwork and good communication skills
