Educator (m/f/d) for Pedagogy / Social Pedagogy Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for reinforcement at our St. Martin Schools for Social Professions for the school year 2025/2026 - as a teacher at the Catholic Technical School for Social Pedagogy and the Vocational School for Social Pedagogical Assistance in Neckarsulm.

We currently have nine classes in childcare training and three classes in direct entry to childcare assistant training.

Your Profile

• Second state examination for higher education (secondary level II) in educational sciences and social pedagogical subjects or other suitable secondary subject
• or a closely related university degree (master's or diploma) or equivalent educational qualification, with a possibility of advancement for bachelor's degree holders
• Willingness to participate in shaping and further developing the technical school
• Independent and goal-oriented work
• Organizational, communicative, and intercultural competencies
• Commitment to developing innovative learning methods

Your Tasks

• Teaching responsibilities in various subjects and areas according to the curriculum of the Technical School for Social Pedagogy and the Vocational School for Social Pedagogical Assistance
• Quality development and assurance of educational content
• Ensuring a future-oriented training quality
