As a member of our Purchasing & Design department, you will be responsible for all matters related to order and inventory management in consultation with the Head of Purchasing.

Your tasks:

• You schedule, coordinate, and monitor orders, delivery dates, and goods receipts
• You establish an adequate dunning system
• You maintain supplier, price, and order data in our ERP system
• You continuously optimize our procurement processes in collaboration with internal departments and our suppliers
• You analyze supplier and assortment performance based on relevant KPIs and derive recommendations for action
• You conduct variance analyses for various departments and establish a reporting tool
• You are responsible for ad-hoc evaluations
• You support the purchasing team with administrative tasks

What you bring:

• You have a degree in business administration or a comparable education
• You already have 2-3 years of professional experience in the field of order management / controlling
• You have strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
• You are known for your independent and structured way of working
• You are proficient in working with ERP systems and MS Office
• You can communicate in English and are skilled in dealing with external contacts
• You embody a hands-on mentality and are open to new tasks
