• Constructing outdoor areas for retail markets and industrial buildings

• Interesting construction sites, about half of which are local and up to 200 km regionally

• If interested and suitable, you can qualify with us from supervisor to foreman to construction manager and subsequently take on leadership roles.

Requirements for the job:

There are 2 ways to join us:

(1) ideally, have completed training as an excavator operator, truck driver, or a similar profession. You can also start directly with us after completing training

(2) as a career changer if you already have construction-specific knowledge and enjoy working with heavy machinery

A Class B driver's license is required. Experienced colleagues will support you in the training based on your prior knowledge.
