Your tasks

• Disposition and handling of import and seafreight export shipments
• Selection of sea/transport options according to connection and price, often in coordination with foreign partners
• Obtaining specific offers for follow-up transports and organizing them
• Checking incoming invoices
• Creating outgoing invoices
• Customs clearance according to desired procedures
• Correspondence with customers and foreign partners, also in English

Your profile

• Successfully completed commercial education
• Seafreight knowledge export as well as customs experience
• Experience in processing international shipments, transport planning/logistics in the field of seafreight import/export (sea, land, and customs)
• Good German and English language skills in both verbal and written communication are required
