Primus GmbH is mainly dedicated to trading in coins, gold and silver products, stamps, accessories, and has been operating its own auction house since 2020.
We are looking for a:
Logistics Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Planning, coordinating, and controlling all logistical processes for logistics in mail order
- Personnel and leadership responsibility for approximately 60-70 employees
- Continuous optimization of logistics processes and structures with management
- Monitoring and further development of the key figure system
- Management of shipping routes with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Implementation of improvement measures to increase operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Close collaboration with management and department heads
- Participation and support in the project for automation development in the company
Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies with a focus on production & logistics or relevant training in logistics with extensive additional qualifications
- Certified specialist in forwarding and logistics services or commercial professional with at least 10 years of professional experience
- Several years of leadership experience and relevant experience in mail order for end customer business
- Knowledge of working with logistics service providers
- Proficient in warehouse management systems and MS-Office
- Existing experience in the field of import/export is desirable
