Main tasks

• Deployment in the material area - provision and assignment of elements
• Compilation of anonymous / customer-specific components for assembly orders
• Storage of anonymous / customer-specific components
• Request missing components from adjacent areas for the assembly start date
• Check / book all required components for production orders in the ERP system
• Preparation of all necessary documents / order and timely forwarding of the orders components to the designated areas
• Acknowledge transport orders, complete work processes and prepare orders
• Booking-related and physical allocation of segments / elements to the customer order
• Creation of test records for classification societies
• Updating priority lists
• Backlog tracking
• Obtaining information from adjacent areas
• Deadline monitoring
• Prioritization of production orders

Requirements

• Training in a metal profession would be desirable
• Safe handling of forklifts
• Willingness for 2- (3-) shift / - overtime
• Readiness for short-term changing activities within the department
• Willingness to support at all times
• Independent, quality-oriented work
• Experience with SAP / wayRTS
• Enjoyment of working with people
• Possible leadership experience
• Teamwork
