Your Responsibilities:

• Identifying new project opportunities and developing implementation strategies
• Conducting market analysis and site evaluations
• Preparing profitability calculations and investment analyses
• Autonomous planning and development of real estate projects from conception to completion
• Coordinating and collaborating with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders
• Ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Communicating with customers, authorities, investors, and other stakeholders

Your Profile:

• Completed degree in real estate management, civil engineering, architecture, or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in real estate project development
• Thorough knowledge of legal, technical, and economic issues
• Initiative, independent work ethic, and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent analytical abilities and high level of accountability
• Team player, strong communication skills, and negotiation prowess
• Proficient in MS Office and common project management tools
