We are looking for you as a Service Technician Bank Automation for our expert team in the Greater Frankfurt am Main / Hessen area

What should you bring?

• Completed technical vocational training e.g. in disciplines such asElectrical engineering, Mechatronics, Automation technology, etc.

• Ideally experience in servicing ATMs in the field of hardware and software

  • English proficiency

  • Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, customer-oriented thinking, high level of responsibility, willingness to travel temporarily

  What are your responsibilities?

  • Technical repair and maintenance of the bank ATMs of the KEBA Group and the corresponding transfer systems

  • Dispatcher-controlled initial and escalation assignments supported by a modern mobile app

  • Commissioning of bank ATMs at our customers in cooperation with logistics companies

  • Training ATM operators/logistics employees/value transport entrepreneurs (VTE)

  • Collaboration with additional service partners

  • Participation in improving device quality by detailed reporting of issues and recurring device errors
