Job Description

Working as a nurse with us is both diverse and developmental. You will encounter patients with acute and chronic conditions across various specialties. Akutgeriatriken consists of two inpatient units, an acute day care unit adjacent to the emergency room (GADVA), and a memory clinic.

Our inpatient units receive patients around the clock from the emergency room, ambulances, primary care, and other hospital departments. As part of a large acute hospital, we have access to labs, radiology, surgery, and specialist consultations 24/7.

As a nurse at Akutgeriatriken, you will receive strong support from care coordinators and experienced chief nurses working daytime on weekdays. The departments have a dense ratio of nursing assistants, and each team includes a physiotherapist and occupational therapist during weekday days.

Qualifications

Licensed nurse. Experience in inpatient care is desirable, but we also welcome new colleagues!

Additional Information

Permanent employment. Full-time/part-time, day/evening/weekend shifts with work every second weekend (or every fifth if desired). Hourly positions may also be available.
