Business Developer
We at Apoteket are now looking for an experienced and dedicated Business Developer, focusing on SFTI e-commerce flows of pharmaceutical products within our Dos & Vård business area. About the role
As a Business Developer within Apoteket AO Dos & Vård, you play a central role in ensuring efficient and secure work processes. You will continuously identify areas for improvement and develop and implement solutions to optimize workflows. Your responsibilities also include system management and development, requirements management, testing, and participation in business projects. Additionally, you will serve as a crucial link between the business and IT, translating the business needs into technical specifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead project groups for planning, testing, and implementing e-commerce with new customers. Coordinate customer dialogues, conduct meetings, and carry out investigations together with customers.
- Have regular meetings with customers in the regions to monitor and adapt changes in the SFTI standard and support the transition to Peppol.
- Educate internal stakeholders in SFTI flows and e-commerce processes to ensure that the entire organization is updated and aligned with relevant standards.
- Participate in requirements management and testing of IT development for e-commerce and SFTI flows, and resolve any issues in collaboration with customers and the IT department.
- Responsible for monthly reviews of recurring issues and incidents, as well as reporting to customers.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who is both structured and analytical, with the ability to navigate e-commerce processes within pharmaceutical supply. You have a natural sense of order and are accustomed to ensuring high quality and efficiency in your projects. Since the role also involves close collaboration with both customers and internal teams, we believe you are someone who thrives in an environment where you can build relationships and create synergies.
We prefer if you:
- Are a trained pharmacist (Not required but advantageous).
- Have at least a few years of experience in the pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry, preferably from a leading pharmacy actor working with pharmaceutical supply to municipalities and regions.
- Have good knowledge of the SFTI standard and experience working with systems like Oracle eBS or similar in pharmaceutical supply.
- Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
