Consulting Analysts within Industry and Functional Consulting
Industry and Functional Consulting leverage industry and functional expertise and data-driven insights to advise, design and implement transformational solutions to reimagine business functions and create new business models for our clients. As a Consulting Analyst, you’ll work as part of a project team to build enduring, trust-based relationships and work with clients to identify market opportunities that transform their businesses across people, process and technology. You’ll get early responsibility and build your skills and expertise through interesting and challenging work.
Work you will do as a Consulting Analyst
Apply insights and knowledge to help clients navigate in a changing business environment, optimize their business and leverage their talent
Help clients identify and unlock value in their business using benchmarks, interviews and workshops
Design and implement end-to-end business processes to transform our clients’ business
Define client needs by identifying and documenting business requirements, before agreeing what needs to change and which opportunities to take advantage of
Define how the client will evolve to the future state— i.e., the impact of the changes and the steps we will take to help the leaders, employees, customers and others adapt quickly to new ways of working.

Job Qualifications
You have a master's degree and / or will receive your degree within one year of applying
You can start at Accenture in late summer/autumn 2025
You have proven strong academic results in a relevant field
You are an analytical problem-solver with strong business acumen
You are ambitious, driven, solution-oriented and eager to start your career in an advisory role
You have excellent written and oral presentation skills
You are fluent in English. Swedish is beneficial but not required
Office and start
We are looking for graduates to join our offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö in late summer/autumn 2025. Mobility and flexibility to either work physically at an office (client or Accenture), or in a virtual “home office” is expected. This requires you to both have a high degree of flexibility for travelling to our clients or working with international teams virtually.
