Bits Data is a small customer-focused IT company with major customers within the Scania and VW group. The entire industry is facing exciting challenges and we must quickly adapt their IT systems to meet the transportation solutions of tomorrow related to electrification, connected vehicles, and autonomous cars.

Team

You will belong to the support department and be a member of our First line, which handles activities within several different parts of the programs we provide to offer the best possible service to our users. First line is responsible for handling incoming issues, solving some of them on their own, and escalating those that cannot be handled to the right part of the organization. Some technical support and internal support are also managed, so it is important to have an interest in technology and features such as VPN tunnels, printer setups, and networks.

Role

We now offer a 12-month temporary position with a potential for permanent employment

Working in first line support means handling incoming queries from our customers when there are disruptions or other challenges in the systems. You will be available via email, remote control tools, and telephone as needed. Handling issues that do not need to be escalated to Second line or Third line. You will assist our customers working in service market, car sales, and finance in the parts of the program that are their daily tools. Support is provided via telephone and our TOPdesk ticketing system. Other tasks within support may include participating in projects, customer installations, and training.

You work to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction and utilization of proposed solutions, while keeping an eye out for opportunities to streamline and simplify our customers' routines. Our IT systems are found throughout our customers' entire operations.
