• High school relevant education
• At least 2 years of experience as an IT technician
• Knowledge of incident management systems
• Comprehensive knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, and information security
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Driver's license
