LedR seeking GSS/K for service in tele war, staff/command, communication and logistics
LedR is now seeking GSS/K for service at the Operational Unit.
Operational Unit consists of the standing units of the 13th Tele War Battalion, Operational Communication Unit, 8th Operational Communications Battalion, and 1st Divisional Command Battalion. The Operational Unit, with its companies and departments, maintains capabilities in tele war, command, communication, psychological operations, and communication services.
Unit's recruiting companies/departments:
Lif Company provides capabilities in communication and command for both operational and tactical levels. The company's personnel work with radio links, satellite communication, shortwave radio, network technology, command posts, and logistics necessary for operations. There are personnel with skills to climb and work at high heights in towers and masts, as well as operations managers and vehicle drivers.
Lif Company is looking for individuals who want to work as radio link soldiers, staff/command soldiers, or logistics soldiers.
131st Tele War Company (TES) is the Armed Forces' mobile ground resource to monitor radars. The main tasks consist of working with the unit's technical sensors for gathering and analyzing signals.
131st Tele War Company is looking for individuals who want to work as tele war soldiers, communication soldiers, or logistics soldiers.
132nd Tele War Company (light KOS) has the main task of gathering information from the opponent's radio communication, to support intelligence production and to interfere with it. The company's operations aim to gather information about security-threatening activities and protect Swedish assets.
132nd Tele War Company is looking for individuals who want to work as tele war soldiers, communication soldiers, or staff assistants.
133rd Tele War Company (heavy KOS) has the main task to monitor the opponent's radio communication by detecting, identifying, locating, mapping, and conducting tele interference to hinder or complicate the opponent's command and combat capabilities.
133rd Tele War Company is looking for individuals who want to work as tele war soldiers, communication soldiers, logistics soldiers, or staff assistants.
Unit Staff is tasked to contribute to the unit commander's leadership capability by supporting decision-making, leading functions, and supporting the unit's companies as needed.
Unit Staff is looking for individuals who want to work as staff assistants in areas such as personnel, security, combat control, logistics, or communication.
General information about being a continuous serviceman at the Operational Unit:
Being a continuous serviceman (GSS/K) means that you are a full-time employee. On average, you will work 40-hour work weeks, but the work schedule may vary depending on the activity and the position offered. It is a natural part of the job to conduct exercises and operations. The operations are partly conducted in the field, which places high demands on your integrity and your mental and physical combat value.
Qualifications:
- Approved basic military training (completed or ongoing).
Desirable Qualifications:
- Position training related to the desired specialization.
- B driver's license.
Personal Qualities:
As a soldier at the Operational Unit, you need to be independent and solution-oriented. You have good teamwork skills and function well in a group, even under demanding conditions.
Significant weight will be placed on personal suitability.
