Job Description
Are you interested in working at a care and nursing home in the city area Center? We are looking for a nurse to join our lovely nursing team located at Gråbergets care and nursing home in Majorna/Linné with good communication possibilities.
Your duties include planning and structuring work for the individual patient and their relatives. You make assessments and independently perform medical treatment and nursing care interventions. Furthermore, you follow up and document according to current legislation. In the unit, we have all the resources needed for you to start your work in a good way. As a newcomer, you are offered an individualized introduction to help you start your work in a good way, with ongoing guidance, close leadership, and exchange of expertise within the team.

We are looking for a licensed nurse. It is desirable to have experience in the profession, but we also welcome newcomers to the role.
In your role, it is important to work and document in various systems, so good data skills are essential. You also need to have sufficiently good knowledge of the Swedish language to be able to document according to HSL. Since we work in a larger geographical area evenings and weekends, a driver's license B is a requirement.
As a nurse, the encounter with the individual, their relatives, and the staff is an important part of the work, so we expect you to have a good attitude, as well as good communication and collaboration skills. Since a large part of the work takes place with patients on the premises, it is essential that you feel confident in your role as a nurse. Furthermore, you should be able to make well-founded decisions, sometimes in challenging situations.
