Nurse/District Nurse

The healthcare center is centrally located in Gnesta, about a 2-minute walk from the train and bus station. Established in October 2019, we currently have over 3500 registered patients. We are a flexible team that works closely together to ensure both staff and patients are comfortable. As a private healthcare center, we have an agreement with Hälsoval, Region Sörmland.

At our facility, you will work in our bright, nice premises in the city center, alongside a wonderful team of colleagues where all staff categories collaborate. We have a strong financial position and are dedicated to our mission. Frösjö Healthcare Center has excellent accessibility, ensuring our patients receive timely care.

Qualifications:

• Seeking a licensed nurse or district nurse
• Specialization in diabetes nursing or interest in diabetes education is a plus
• Experience in child health care is also valued

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the diabetes clinic and perform standard nursing duties
• Participate in telephone advice services and staff our digital chat platform

In spring 2025, we will also begin staffing the Child Health Center at the family center in Gnesta.
