Nurse for Occupational Health Care
Work Environment and Health is the company health care of Region Kalmar County. The mission of the business is to support managers, HR function, employees, and advisory to safety representatives and union representatives. Occupational health care is an independent resource in the areas of work environment and rehabilitation. We work with health promotion, prevention, and post-assistance at an organizational, group, and individual level.
- The work is broad and independent, contributing expertise through, for example, conversations and advice, vaccinations, sampling, statutory medical health checks, support to managers and employees, as well as training.
- We are currently in a period of change where the role of a company nurse is evolving in collaboration with other professions.
About you- We are looking for a licensed nurse with a great interest in occupational medicine. It is a merit if you are trained as a company nurse and/or have experience in company health care but not a requirement.
- We are looking for someone who is positive, driven, and has a high level of service in their work. To thrive with us, you need to have the ability to collaborate and social skills. It is natural for you to work independently and in a team with other professionals such as doctors, nurses, ergonomists, psychologists, social workers, occupational health engineers, and administrators.
- You are tidy, structured, and have a good ability to organize your work.

Your future workplace- We are over 20 employees divided into two teams, one in Västervik and one in Kalmar, we also have premises in Oskarshamn that we staff together. Our mission is to be an independent and neutral resource that supports Region Kalmar County in the short and long term work of realizing the goal of being one of Sweden's best workplaces.
