About the roleAs a pharmaceutical responsible at our pharmacy S:ta Ragnhild in Södertälje, you will work together with your colleagues to achieve our goals in quality, patient safety, and sales. As LMA, you are expected to act with commitment and credibility and help our customers based on your pharmaceutical knowledge and expertise.

Your main areas of work

• Work continuously to improve routines and processes
• Conduct self-inspection and provide support in carrying out risk analysis and event analysis
• Guide your colleagues by providing support in questions and making safe pharmaceutical assessments
• Actively work with customer meetings and create added value for our customers
• Stay updated and well-informed about our campaigns and new range and provide our customers with professional service

Your skillsFor this position, we are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacy technician or pharmacist and has worked for at least two years in an outpatient pharmacy. You understand the importance of good customer interaction and have experience in consultative sales.

To be successful in the role of LMA, we see that you are solution-oriented, which means that you act on challenges that arise in your role as well as in the business. You are meticulous, ensuring that no vital and decisive details are missed.

As an LMA, you have good collaboration skills where you actively contribute to creating a well-functioning team and help your colleagues in common tasks. It is also important that you have the ability to stay updated on external changes related to pharmacy and drug issues and can pass on your knowledge to your colleagues.

• Handling deviations with root cause analysis and planning and follow-up of measures
• Establishment and revision of instructions in the self-monitoring program
• Conduct self-inspection and plan and follow up on measures
