- Key responsibilities include managing results, operations, personnel, and pharmaceutical issues at the pharmacy. - Your main task will be to achieve the pharmacy's economic goals together with your team by coaching and motivating staff. - Guided by Hjärtat's methods and values of Simplicity, Engagement, and Entrepreneurship.
