Your role as a pharmacy manager for Kronans Apotek Drottninggatan KarlstadWe are looking for a driven and dedicated Pharmacy Manager for our small pharmacy on Drottninggatan in Karlstad. The pharmacy is located in the center with street exposure along Drottninggatan where there is always movement and varied shopping experiences. Our typical customers are regulars and locals. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will lead and work together with a lovely, close-knit team consisting of 4 pharmacists and 1 pharmacy technician.
You need to be a leader with high drive, commitment, and a focus on results. The work is both strategic but mainly operational. The role also includes the following responsibilities and tasks:

• Strengthen the business, inspire and motivate your team.
• Offer the best possible patient counseling and create a world-class customer experience.
• Financial responsibility for budget and result monitoring.
• Initiate and develop local collaborations and relationships in the area.
• Total staff, work environment, and quality responsibility for the pharmacy.
• Ensure that the pharmacy has optimal staffing through scheduling.
• Attract, recruit, retain, and develop employees at the pharmacy.
• Lead and develop work and employees at the pharmacy towards set goals.
• Promote participation within the pharmacy and work for good group dynamics.

The pharmacy is open from 09:00-18:00 on weekdays, 10:00-16:00 on Saturdays, and closed on Sundays. We offer a permanent position with an initial probationary period and you will be part of Region Manager Cristina De Melo's team.

We are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist, technician or has other relevant retail background. Perhaps you have previous experience in a leadership role or are curious and ready to take on the role of pharmacy manager with us. To thrive in the role, you need to be able to inspire others and engage. As you will work towards high goals, we prefer you to be structured, positive, proactive, and solution-oriented. You will have strong regional and service organization support as well as colleagues nationwide.
