Your role as a pharmacy manager for Kronans Apotek Lidingö/Norra Djurgårdsstaden, Temporary Position:
- Are you interested in leadership and curious to try out the role of Pharmacy Manager? Or are you currently a pharmacy manager and looking for something new?- We are looking for a driven and committed Pharmacy Manager colleague for Central Stockholm region for our two pharmacies in Lidingö and Norra Djurgårdsstaden.
The pharmacy in Lidingö is located at Högsätra (former Lidingö hospital) and has many wonderful regular customers for both prescriptions and self-care. Here, 1-2 pharmacists and 1 Pharmacy Technician work daily to provide our customers with the best service. The pharmacy is open on weekdays from 09:00 to 17:00 with a lunch break between 12:00 to 13:00, and closed on weekends and public holidays. It is easily accessible by car (free parking is available at the pharmacy) or by subway/bus which takes 30 minutes from the city center.
Our pharmacy in the lovely, growing Norra Djurgårdsstaden is located right opposite the Gas Holders with Systembolaget and several nice shops and restaurants. Norra Djurgårdsstaden is a new and expanding district beautifully situated by the water. Our pharmacy is open on weekdays from 09:00 to 19:00, Saturdays from 10:00 to 15:00, and closed on Sundays. Two pharmacists and 1 Pharmacy Technician work here. It is easily accessible by subway (Ropsten, 7 minutes from the city center) or bus (19 minutes from Odenplan) or by car.
The whole team consists of 4 Pharmacists including yourself as the pharmacy manager and 2 Pharmacy Technicians.
You need to be a person with high drive, commitment, and results-oriented approach. The work is both strategic and operational. The role also includes the following responsibilities and tasks:
- Strengthen the operations, inspire, and motivate your employees.- Provide the best possible patient advice and create a world-class customer experience.- Financial responsibility for budget and result follow-up.- Initiate and develop local collaborations and relationships in the area.- Overall personnel, work environment, and quality responsibility for the pharmacy.- Ensure optimal staffing of the pharmacy through scheduling.- Attract, recruit, retain, and develop employees at the pharmacy.- Lead and develop the work and employees at the pharmacy towards set goals.- Encourage participation within the pharmacy and promote good group dynamics.
Throughout the entire temporary period, we will have discussions about your future development within Kronans Apotek. You are welcomed to Region 8 and a competent and friendly group of pharmacy manager colleagues in Region Manager Michaela Björkholm's team. Start date is March 1, 2025, or as agreed upon.
We are looking for someone who is a licensed Dispensing Technician or Pharmacist. Perhaps you have previous experience in a leading role or are curious and ready to take on the role of pharmacy manager with us. To thrive in this role, you should have a knack for inspiring others and creating engagement. As you will be working towards high goals, we prefer someone who is organized, positive, proactive, and solution-focused. You will have the support of a strong region and service organization as well as colleagues across the country.
