About the role
As a pharmacy manager at our pharmacy Bävern at Mora Hospital, you have a central and important role where you actively drive the development of customer interactions within the prescription channel. By sharing your expertise and commitment, you create a stimulating work environment and enhance a positive customer experience.
In this role, you collaborate with sales leaders, responsible for medicines (RPM) and regional pharmacy managers in the strategic work around our key performance indicators to jointly achieve our goals. Your ability to inspire and coach your colleagues is the key to our success.

Your main areas of work
- Coach, support, and inspire your colleagues in customer interactions in the prescription channel
- Actively work in your customer interactions to create added value through advice and cross-selling
- Drive improvements and activities related to customer interactions and key performance indicators
- In cooperation with the responsible for medicines, drive the use of EES
Your skills
For this position, we are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacy technician or pharmacist with a genuine interest in pharmacy and the use of medicines. You have worked for at least one year as a pharmacist at a pharmacy. In addition, we are looking for someone who has:
- A passion for customer service and helping customers make the best choices for their health and well-being
- The ability to stay updated on external changes related to pharmacy and medicines
- A strong business acumen and goal orientation
- A solution-oriented approach, meaning you both see and address challenges that arise
- Good teamwork skills and contribute to creating well-functioning teams
- Good knowledge of MS Office
