About the roleAs a self-care advisor at Apoteket Fenix, you will work closely with your colleagues to ensure that our customers get the help they need.Being a self-care advisor involves working with advisory sales of our non-prescription products. You start from each individual's unique needs to offer a suitable product with your expertise. You act with care and commitment, putting the customer at the center truly.For us, it is important that we as a pharmacy continue to develop, and we want you to join us on that journey. In the role, you are expected to contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our business into a pharmacy that becomes a natural choice for our customers.As a self-care advisor at Apoteket, we want to offer you a platform where you can grow and develop. Just as you are expected to build a long-term relationship with your customers, we want to do the same with you. Your main areas of work

• Actively engage in customer meetings to create added value through advice and cross-selling
• Receive paying customers over the counter, pick up and handle new goods coming in
• Work on exposure to ensure the pharmacy is well-stocked and welcoming
• Actively work with promotions and news in self-care

Your skillsFor this position, we are looking for someone who is a trained pharmacy technician/self-care advisor

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer meetings and the ability to work with advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, meaning you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good teamwork skills where you contribute to creating a well-functioning team
• You are structured and take into account that no important and decisive details are missed and have the ability to see the big picture in different contexts

It is a big plus, but not a requirement, if you have experience working in retail as well as with customer interactions and inventory management.
