About the role
As a sales leader, you will work closely together with our regional sales leaders in Stockholm North as well as Sales Support, Assortment, and Marketing Department to achieve our goals. You will have the overall responsibility for our self-care department and, together with the pharmacy manager, set sales goals and action plans.
To drive and develop both personal and mechanical sales, you are expected to coach, inspire, and lead your colleagues to be successful in every unique customer encounter.
We are developing as a successful pharmacy business and we want you to be part of that journey. In the role of Sales Leader, you are also expected to contribute ideas and initiatives for us to become an obvious choice for our customers.
Your main areas of work
- Sales Management: You will be responsible for increasing our self-care sales and ensuring that we reach our sales goals
- KPI tracking: You will monitor our progress by using key figures such as items per customer and average purchase
- Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and follow up on campaigns to ensure that the right information and products reach our customers. You will ensure that our campaigns are effective and attractive
- Store preparation: You ensure that the store is always ready for sales. This means shelves are stocked, signage is attractive, and staff is trained and engaged
Your skill set
For this position, we are looking for someone who is a trained pharmacy technician or healthcare advisor with several years of sales experience in pharmacy or retail. It is a plus if you have previously had a leadership role with greater responsibilities and if you have experience in result and reporting follow-up.
In addition to this, we expect you to:
- Be goal-oriented and have a strong business understanding
- Have a passion for customer service and helping customers make the best choices for their health and well-being
- Be structured and have the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Have a positive and inspiring attitude that rubs off on your team
- Have good communication skills, meaning you are educational and can convey information to both colleagues and customers
- Have a solution-oriented approach, which means you see and act on challenges that arise
- Have an eye for details and work strategically to achieve desired results
- Have good knowledge of MS Office
