Self-care Advisor/Retail Salesperson

About the role:As a self-care advisor at Pharmacy Manhem in Kalix, you will work closely with your colleagues to ensure that our customers get the help they need.Being a self-care advisor means working with advisory sales of our non-prescription products. You base your recommendations on each individual's unique needs to offer the right product with your expertise. You act with care and commitment, putting the customer at the center.

In this role, you are expected to contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our business into a pharmacy that is a natural choice for our customers.For you as a self-care advisor at the Pharmacy, we want to offer a platform where you can grow and develop. Here, you have the opportunity to grow as an individual in roles such as merchandise manager, sales leader, or even as a pharmacy manager.

Your main areas of work:

• Actively engage in customer meetings to create added value through advice and cross-selling
• Assist paying customers over the counter, pick up and manage new goods that arrive
• Work on display to ensure the pharmacy is well-stocked and welcoming
• Actively participate in promotions and news within self-care

Your competencies:

• For this position, we are looking for someone who is a trained pharmacy technician/self-care advisor
• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer interactions and the ability to work with advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, meaning you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good teamwork skills where you contribute to creating a well-functioning team
• You are structured and take into account that no important details are missed with the ability to see the big picture in different contexts

It is a big plus, but not mandatory, if you have experience working in retail and with customer interactions and inventory management.
