KEY ACTIVITIES AND MISSIONS

Within the 4-member operations department, you will carry out all operations related to the receipt, tariff and quantitative control of deliveries, as well as operations related to air transport of perishable goods. - Collect billing documents from various suppliers - Direct relationship with suppliers, warehouse, clients, and airlines - Quantitative data logging, valuation of receipts from various suppliers, and computer input of this information - Invoicing of receipts - Closure of groupings HAWB/MAWB billing - Submission of files to customs department - Sending documents to forwarders and clients at destination.

PROFILE REQUIRED

Initial training: Bac +2 in transport/logistics - Previous experience in air transport would be a plus Technical skills: comfort with numbers, good computer literacy. Proficiency with Word and Excel Professional skills: You are meticulous, diplomatic, reactive, dynamic, have a sense of organization and communication.
