Logistics Manager and Coordinator
Our company, specialized in contemporary and 20th-century furniture editions, is looking for a dynamic and versatile logistics manager and coordinator to join our team.
Here are the job duties:
Stock management and production monitoring:
- Managing the stock of artists' editions
- Monitoring orders, sales, and deposits
- Supervising the production cycle
Transport logistics:
- Logistics coordination between our suppliers in Italy and France
- Managing product recovery
- Verifying and managing VAT-related documents (customs and Fine Arts service)
- Handling unforeseen events with carriers
Accounting and administration:
- Preparing accounting documents (purchase orders, quotes, invoices)
- Applying tax knowledge, especially regarding VAT
- Transmitting accounting documents to the accounting firm
Your profile:
A degree in management, logistics, and accounting is required.
Proficiency in VAT and transport-related logistics is a bonus.
Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
Knowledge of the art sector would be a plus.
