Logistics Operations Manager F/H CDI
This recruitment is part of our ambitious development plan, investing in a new logistics platform in Signes (83), which will open at the end of 2025. This significant project represents a unique opportunity to actively participate in the construction and optimization of a key site in our retail, wholesale, and e-commerce activities.
Reporting directly to the Group's COO, you will have a crucial role in the launch, management, and performance of our site. You will become the conductor of our logistics operations, from team management to customer satisfaction.
Your missions, your playground:
- Operational management from A to Z:
- Supervise all logistics operations, from receiving to shipping orders, including storage.
- Ensure flow optimization, improve delivery quality, and continuously meet deadlines.
- Monitor KPIs and take improvement actions to ensure optimal site performance.
- Commercial development & customer relationship:
- Be the guarantor of the relationship with our clients: develop strong partnerships and manage commercial contracts with dedicated teams.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best conditions and services.
- Analyze commercial results and actively participate in the site's development strategy.
- Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):
- Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and environmental standards.
- Deploy and enforce rigorous HSE procedures and conduct prevention actions.
- Participate in auditing current practices and their continuous improvement.
- Management of operational teams:
- Manage, recruit, and train your teams to make them autonomous, motivated, and performant, with the goal of operational excellence.
- Create a healthy, pleasant, respectful, and stimulating work environment.
- Be the link for HR policies and support employees in their professional development (evaluations, training, schedule management).

What we expect from you:
- Background: You have a degree at least equivalent to a Bac+3 to Bac+5 in logistics, operations management, management, or equivalent, and have acquired solid experience (5 to 7 years) in managing a logistics site, ideally in the Retail, Wholesale, or e-commerce sectors.
- Management: You have leadership skills and the ability to unite your teams around common objectives. You are dynamic, positive, and eager to participate in an ambitious project.
- Logistics and HSE expertise: You master logistics processes and safety and hygiene standards.
- Commercial negotiation: You can manage contracts and negotiate efficiently to optimize costs and services.
- Organization and rigor: You are an organized manager, with a strong sense of rigor, capable of prioritizing and making strategic decisions.
- Tool proficiency: Logistics management tools (WMS, TMS) and commercial management tools, mastery of SAP, lean management tools.
- Fluency in English would be a plus.
