Description of the position
Merging Exigency and Benevolence with Agility and Adaptability: that's our motto!
We are looking for our Logistics Planning Manager to organize the projection and optimization of network resources (human, material, and m²) to achieve the best cost / service level / overall environmental impact ratio. Shedding light on the means to be implemented on tactical and strategic time horizons, in a context of evolution of our supply chain master plan, is key to ensuring the efficiency of our global logistic chains, allowing our fashion to be available for our customers in all countries where Kiabi is present.
Your main missions will be:
- Oversee the implementation and maximization of available / necessary logistic resources globally over tactical / strategic time horizons based on plans for the next 3 years in different customs areas, quantity projections by product typologies (Standard / non-standard) and by distribution channel while taking histories into account.
- In connection with defining and positioning the necessary resources, identify 'Business Continuity Plan' scenarios to ensure network resilience.
- Balance the logistic network by ensuring the coherence of budget projections vs site capacitive, arbitrating the necessary balances within the network, challenging and keeping up to date the flow and maximum stock capacities based on the evolution of processes and product typologies.
- Facilitate collaboration, information sharing among all value chain actors (Production, Supply, Logistics, Retail), and organize data consolidation to establish operational forecasts for receipts / shipments based on various sales channels (Branches, Web, Franchises) and thus streamline activities.

Qualifications
As part of this position creation, you demonstrate an entrepreneurial and creative spirit allowing to set up organizations and processes of tomorrow. You have excellent analytical skills and a developed sense of organization. You have all the codes of functional management to cooperate and collaborate with all stakeholders (Production, Supply, Logistics, Retail). You have a perfect knowledge of logistic operational realities as well as global supply chain organizations. Mastery of computer tools and professional-level English are no secret to you!
