Our client, referenced in the market for the production of scented compositions and food flavors, is recruiting in Mougins (06) for the following position in the future:

• Logistics/Transport Coordinator M/F

Reporting to the company's Logistics Manager and within the Logistics department, you ensure the delivery of orders by completing the necessary steps in the shipping process (billing/transport).

Your Missions:

• Manage transportation operations
• Optimize logistics flows
• Enter invoices and shipping documents
• Quote transport, check various documents (EXA, ...)
• Issue letters of credit, documentary collections
• Check supplier invoices
• Manage transport incidents and customer relations
• Stay up-to-date on regulations

Your Profile:

• Transport & logistics Bachelors degree (DUT, BTS, BUT ...)
• Good level of English
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
• Knowledge of export processes
• IATA/IMDG/ADR Certification
• Rigor, organization, and excellent communication
• Able to work in a team
