The La Pagerie **** hotel located in Trois Ilets is looking for its future Stock Manager.
Reporting to the Head Chef, here are the missions and responsibilities:
Ensure the procurement and check the state of stocks within the hotel's Restaurant department. All items entering and leaving the hotel are under their responsibility
Manage stocks: responsible for inventories of each point of sale and end-of-month closures, optimize merchandise ratios, follow procedures for purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoicing
Control deliveries, quality control of products, storage of supplies in designated areas, and distribution to different services (kitchen, bar, restaurant, floors...)
Strong interpersonal skills as they interact daily with both suppliers and various hotel departments
Follow all hygiene and safety rules related to their role. Must know and comply with current standards for unpacking and stocking perishable (frozen, fresh products) or hazardous (cleaning products) items
Implement all administrative procedures related to their activity
Ensure that customer information and services are compliant
