To sustain our growth, we are looking to immediately hire a Sales Manager for our small and dedicated team.

YOU

• Have completed a commercial education with a focus on sales or a degree in business administration, marketing, or related fields.
• Bring professional experience in lead management or sales.
• Have an understanding of sales processes and strategies.
• Have initial knowledge in using CRM software and lead management tools.
• Prefer digital work, are willing to work without paper and printers, and are eager to develop in this area.
• Enjoy actively contributing to ongoing processes, are a team player, and take ownership.

Your responsibilities

• Monitor our sales campaigns aligned with sales goals and target groups.
• Collaborate with our marketing service providers to coordinate campaign strategies and optimize existing ones.
• Qualify leads and pass them on to our consultants.
• Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems.
• Identify and contact potential partners for cooperation.

As a Sales Manager, you will be at the interface of marketing and sales, playing a crucial role in shaping our future growth.
