We are looking forWe are looking for someone with a college or university education in economics, logistics, management, or equivalent relevant experience. You preferably have previous experience as operational support in the public sector or in production companies. You are independent, take responsibility for your tasks, and work in a structured manner. We value your problem-solving skills, ability to analyze and act on complex issues, good communication skills, ability to lead and inspire without formal management responsibility, prioritize, and make decisions based on available information.
What you will work withAs a business controller, you will support controllers, managers, and other professionals in planning and follow-up to meet citizens' healthcare needs. You work strategically and tactically with other business support functions, such as finance, HR, knowledge management, and business development. In your role, you collect relevant data and analyses, develop decision-making materials, support managers and colleagues through training, methods, and processes for production and capacity management.
Organizationally, you are placed in the Controllerenheten in a team of 25 competent and dedicated controllers and business controllers. You work closely with the Production and Availability Team (PTT) manager.
You have a central role in our coordination team for production and capacity management, working closely with the core of the business and contributing to healthcare development. You have good digital skills and a keen interest in digital tools (e.g., Excel/Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and Business Objects). Good knowledge and interest in data processing, information analysis, and data-driven development are important. Experience in production management, logistics, and/or healthcare data knowledge is a plus.

The position is a full-time permanent position. Possibility for remote work to some extent. Travel may be required. Entry by agreement.
Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the deadline.
