Client Management Support Technician - Level 4
Consultant assignment for at least 1 year.
Start Date: 1 January 2025Extent: 80-100%Location: On-site at our client in Gothenburg
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable support technician in client management to strengthen our client's team. The client is involved in a wide range of projects and assignments to develop their digital infrastructure. In this role, you will provide advanced level 2 support in computer hardware, peripherals, Windows 10/11, iOS, and Office 365.
Responsibilities:As a client management support technician, you will:
- Handle support cases in the client's case management system, including incidents and orders
- Provide advanced support to employees via phone, email, and remote administration tools for Windows 10/11, iOS, Office 365, and workplace equipment
- Provide support for computers, mobile devices, and other peripherals
- Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve issues related to computers, mobile devices, and applications
- Ensure documentation is continuously updated and of high quality
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 3 years of documented experience in working with level 2 or 3 support for Windows 10/11, iOS, and Office 365
- Has documented experience in support work with computer hardware, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Is customer-oriented, has high social skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team
- Is accustomed to handling cases and inquiries in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
