IT Consultant for 2nd Line Support
We are looking for a dedicated IT consultant for our 2nd line support who is passionate about creating improvements and driving proactive solutions!
In your role, you will handle various support cases, ranging from hardware installations to setting up printers for our users. Since we have recently migrated to Windows 11, we prefer that you have experience working in that environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle incoming 2nd line support cases
- Proactively develop and improve the support function
- Ensure efficient processes and coordinate support
- Document and update existing support documents and routines
We are looking for someone who is structured, self-driven, and has experience in similar IT support tasks. To thrive in this role, you need to be communicative, enjoy problem-solving, and driving change.

Location: VästeråsPosition: Full-time 100%, at least 3 months with option for extensionStart: January 2025Other: The consultant will undergo security clearance for the assignment
