E-commerce Project Manager / Team Lead

As an E-commerce Project Manager & Team Lead at Grebban, you’ll play a key role in ensuring successful client project delivery while also leading and mentoring your team to achieve their full potential. Acting as the primary point of contact for both clients and internal stakeholders, you’ll be the driving force behind project success, team development, and client satisfaction.
Your role will combine strategic project ownership with hands-on leadership, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently while fostering a high-performing and collaborative team culture. You’ll inspire and guide your team members, empowering them to excel in their roles and continuously improve.

To be successful in this role, we believe you have:
- Strong technical understanding, preferably with experience in e-commerce, digital design, and/or technical development.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, enabling you to work effectively with clients and internal teams in a global setting with diverse cultures, locations, and languages.
- Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding teams in a collaborative and supportive manner.
- High self-motivation and a service-oriented mindset, with the ability to lead technically complex projects.
- Experience in development, technology, and system architecture (programming skills not required).
- Expertise in agile project management, particularly methodologies like Scrum.
- Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Trello, Google Workspace, Figma.
- A strong understanding of client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), essential for our international ambitions.
- A flexible approach to travel, with opportunities to visit clients across the Nordics and Europe. Extensive experience leading teams, fostering professional growth, and achieving collective goals.

Project Management:
- Taking full ownership of project planning, execution, and follow-up, ensuring exceptional delivery quality.
- Managing budgets and client expectations to ensure projects stay on track and deliver outstanding results.
- Overseeing and continuously improving clients’ e-commerce solutions with a focus on scalability and quality.
- Leading e-commerce projects from concept to completion, balancing technical, design, and business requirements. Participating in business development and optimizing project processes to maximize client satisfaction and efficiency.
Team Leadership:
- Acting as a role model and mentor for your team, fostering a supportive and inspiring environment.
- Collaborating with team members to set individual and collective goals, aligning them with company objectives.
- Driving team engagement through regular feedback, professional development opportunities, and recognition of achievements.
- Identifying skills gaps and growth opportunities within your team, ensuring continuous improvement. Supporting resource planning and team allocation for multiple projects, ensuring workload balance and efficiency.
