At our center, you will be offered the opportunity to work closely with patients, providing independent care while collaborating closely with colleagues. The center is centrally located in Katrineholm, adjacent to the Kullbergska Hospital, a ten-minute walk to the train station, and approximately 50 minutes by train to Stockholm Central.

Your responsibilities

• Follow-up with patients with chronic diagnoses
• Minor surgical procedures
• Evaluations
• Referral management
• Collaboration with specialists at the hospital's clinics
• Scheduled on-call duties at the primary care emergency department and as part of the home on-call service.

Your skills

For this job, you need to be a licensed specialist in general medicine. Interest in supervising students and resident physicians is essential. You are a present and positive individual who uses knowledge and care to see the patient and adapt care according to their needs. You enjoy collaborating and being there for others, both patients and colleagues. You work well in the methods required in primary care and ensure that your workday functions based on the obligations expected of a specialist. You see opportunities and can manage your workday, even when patient volume is high, by independently making decisions in the situations you face. We require good knowledge of the Swedish language. We place great importance on personal characteristics.

Permanent employment with entry by agreement.
