About the Role
HR Business Partner in Logistics is a strategic and operational partner who actively contributes to movements and development in leadership, culture, and organization, among other things. You will work in a team of 10 HRBPs, where each Business Partner has a combined operational and strategic responsibility for all HR issues within their unit and shared responsibility within the entire ICA's warehouse operations. Of these, you and another HRBP colleague are based in Kungälv, while the rest are located around the country at different warehouse units. In addition to close collaboration with colleagues in the same role, you will interact daily with business managers, management teams, trade unions, and HR specialists within the organization. In your role, you report to the HR Manager for HRBP warehouse operations in Sweden.
Your tasks include:
- Provide advice and coaching to managers on both operational and strategic issues to find long-term solutions that create value for the business
- Support in labor law issues and provide expertise in union dialogues and negotiations
- Participate in occupational health and safety work (OSA) and ensure that relevant laws, routines, and processes are followed in consultation with other HR specialists in the area
- Develop the unit's managers by providing training and workshops as needed
- Collaborate with HR colleagues, HR Specialists, and other HR functions within the ICA Group to drive development and promote valuable cooperation
- Manage annual HR tasks such as employee surveys, salary reviews, and other related tasks.
The role is based in Kungälv, with some opportunity to work remotely a few days a week.

- Several years of experience as a senior HR generalist, HRBP, or in a similar role
- Worked in a people-intensive organization on the collective side
- Good knowledge of labor law, interpretation of collective agreements, and union relations at both an individual and organizational level
- Worked in a complex organizational structure
- Post-secondary education in HR or another relevant field
- Fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing
- Merit if you have led development initiatives related to HR, preferably where you have been the change leader
